1. Damaged Items or Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Notify us within 5 business days
Provide clear photos of the issue
Include your order number

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they arrived damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to release the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at:

3. Change of Mind

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you cancel your order before shipment, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

After Delivery

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A $5 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Dead Sea Mud formula. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number) required
Valid only for first-time purchase
